About the Program

Royal Imperial Collegiate of Canada’s prep soccer academy, in partnership with Elite Soccer Development, is the first of its kind in the Niagara Region. Integrating university-preparation academics with high-performance soccer training, the program aims to prepare student-athletes for the rigours of being a soccer player at the next level.

The goal of RICC & Elite Soccer Development is to provide young players with the physical and mental skills to maximize their athletic potential in the sport of soccer. Elite Soccer Development’s goal is to help guide and shape each individual by developing the complete athlete.
Athletic Fees: $3,000 for year
CLAYTON ROSARIO, Soccer Director/Coach
Clayton Rosario has over two decades of experience coaching soccer from the grassroots level to the competitive level. As a coach, he has led teams to over 70 victories in various tournaments, including the Robbie International, USA Cup, and Central League U11 Little World Cup. He has consulted for and been a technical director and scout for numerous clubs and programs prior to starting Elite Soccer Development based in Welland. Coach Rosario has long envisioned a complete soccer program in Niagara that combines high-quality academics, soccer, and training, and he is excited to help build that program at RICC.
Elite Soccer Development
Elite Soccer Development offers a facility in Welland, Ontario where soccer athletes can train like pros and improve their soccer skills. Elite Soccer Development also offers private and small group sessions, club team training, pre-season fitness, Futsal, camps, and tournaments. Their focus is to provide those who have a passion for soccer with physical and mental skills to maximize their athletic potential in the professional sport of soccer

Our food services staff follows the government guideline and offers a variety of healthy, balanced meals using International food menu to meet the needs of our students.
For good Health, other than clean and fresh air, students’ activities will include downhill ski, skates, hockey, soccer, basketball and baseball games and festivals.
